Moringa Tree /Oil








The Moringa Tree has recently caught the public’s attention for its amazing healing and health given abilities. A native to India, but it is also found in Africa and Thailand.

It supplies all the nutritional benefits usually only obtainable from eating a large variety of foods, this makes it a food that is highly sort after, and capable of  keeping your energy  and nutritional levels elevated  when you are unable eat a proper meal.

Add a teaspoon to your daily smoothies, or sprinkle it on your food . Seeds- roots -leaves and oil from the Moringa Tree are all used to make different formulas that heal the body as well as nourish the skin.

It gives me a huge energy boost when l feel tired and do not have time to make a meal.

You can make a high protein brownie with it adding Cacao, Coconut oil, Hemp and spirulina. If you are recovering from illness, it is suggested to add Moringa powder to your drink or food two times a day

The pods are often eaten like nuts and the roots of this tree make a delicious dip.The leaves make a wonderful soup.

It has been a source of nutrition in all parts of the world where malnutrition has become a problem.

Some uses for Moringa

Leaves rubbed against the temple can relieve headaches.
To stop bleeding from a shallow cut, apply a poultice of fresh leaves.
There is an anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effect when applied to wounds or insect bites.
Extracts can be used against bacterial or fungal skin complaints.
Leaf tea treats gastric ulcers and diarrhoea.
Eating Moringa food products is good for those suffering from malnutrition due to the high protein and fibre content.
Leaves treat fevers, bronchitis, eye and ear infections, inflammation of the mucus membrane
The iron content of the leaves is high, and they are reportedly prescribed for anemia in the Philippines.
Dried Moringa leaves treat diarrhoea in Malawi, Africa.
The powder ground from the seeds is also used in the treatment of scurvy skin diseases (common bacterial infections of the skin).
